Unique Monsters

If someone kills a unique monster can anyone pick up the drops or does the person that killed the unique get first dibs on the drops like with normal monsters?

With TG it's a free-for-all, all other uniques (except Cerb, I don't know about him) let only the person who killed it pick it up for ~ a minute.

I though the same
