I've only seen level 73 so far. Is it the final one for garment/protector/armor? Or I simply didn't see 77 because nobody is selling them yet?

There is a 77 chest.. in network in my server i see tons of them

yup, Final D8 Clothes are 77Chest 76Legs 75headgear 74foot 73shoulders 72gloves
