Silkroad PK2 Powers not Weapons

I have been editing lately starting to get good but i cant find the code for powers like changing nukes, buff and the Thunder force (lightning hand) and i just wanna ask does anyone know the codes or how to find them

All i want is
Lightning hand
Lightning Buff
