Guess its to warn people who run on a 56k. Thats what I'm guessing.

it means that if ur computer is a piece of crap, then you need to avoid it ^^

They often put this in a thread title to warn people that the thread contains many pictures and thus takes a long time to load. On older pcs this can cause significant slowdowns in the entire computer usage untill the images are all loaded.

Some people should just come with a warning

On topic : 56 kbps is the speed the old modems used to run on. So imagine downloading a big file at that speed --> takes forever. So if you have a slow internet connection or crappy computer, some topics here with a lot of pictures will take a long time to load, hence the warning.
