delevel mastery from 30 to 14

I'm euro wizard/bard, both masteries at 30, and if I want to 9 gap, at lvl 23:
1. do I need to delevel both masteries to 14
2. how much would that cost?
EDIT* a better idea, if I delevel to lvl 23 first, i only need to delvl masteries from 23 to 14 right

Yes, you need to delevel them both. SRO looks for the highest mastery when gapping.
Shouldn't cost too much, remember that you need to delevel your skills before you can delevel your masteries. Curst hearts should be relatively cheap at your level.

I'm nearly positive it'll be less than 1M. It depends on how many skills you have to delevel along with your mastery levels
I just deleveled my heuskal mastery from 60 to 30, I think it only cost me something like 12M.

Its just easier to make a new character...
Getting to lv.30 is like 2 days of powerlvling at ongs
