Can't charge silk thrue paypal

Hmm, when I try to buy silk thrue paypal I get this error :
- In the event of an anomalous transaction, you are limited to one attempt to
complete this transaction.
- If the payment restriction is in place due to excessive failed attempts,
the restriction will be lifted and reset at 00:00 Silkroad Standard Time everyday.


Since it's near 01:00 SRO standard time and I last tried yesterday when i think i canceled it becouse i ran out of time, and they should refresh it every day 00:00.. Is it my bug or theirs? Since they sometimes have those bugs.. And also am i allowed to buy silk to my friends from one PP account?
