I I tried doing the quest, fortunately I found some nice people in Jupiter Temple who partied with me, unfortunately I made an exp autoshare party and its supposed to be exp distribution party, so when I spawned it I was alone. Then Cerb came and owned me in two hits, I'm a pure int Wizard 675 HP and it did like 500 to me in one hit, I spawned it again got one hit (using zerk) and wow it must have 40-50K HP, so I'm just wondering, what kidn of a party do I need to fight it and do I have to wait until I'm higher level before I can succeed at this quest?

u can be in an autoshare party

the other member must be doing the quest, or have completed it, and the party leader must use the call of hell. this will bring up a confirmation window on the other party members if they have succeeded in finishing or are doing the quest. no window for non-cerberus questers or finishers.

this will teleport u to the hell other world place thingie mi bobber, and if the other members accept, then u will all teleport there.

probably make sure your the party leader, and that other ppl are doing the quest

so I'm guessing me and three other level 20s probably wouldn't be enough, what kind of a party should I try and get together? What levels/classes?

1-2 clerics (ATLEAST level 20+ so they have group heal)
2-3 warriors (to tank the mob and aggro it off the wizards)
1 bard (refill mana and buffs)
3-4 wizards (To do all the damage )

(Warlock may also be nice to debuff ceberus, but it's not necessary)

It is rather impossible to solo it if you are using euro character, so you need at least a cleric.

There is a time limit as well, so it is best to get more people. 40-50k HP is underestimated. I use zerk/life control + ire arrow and did 6k and it didn't even make a dent on his HP. Most probably cerebus got 150k to 200k HP.

It is essential to get tanker. That cerebus will keep freezing,burning,poisoning you. As long as the tanker can take it, a wiz should be fine

So the minimum requirement is 1 wiz, 1 warrior, 1 cleric. Make sure the warrior keep distracting the cerebus while you use life control and fire away. The cleric will be there busy healing the warrior.

Most important of all...the cleric must not die

A lvl 38 wizard won't be enough ?

Actually cerberus has 800k health good luck with it

better with 4 in team with at least 1 tanker and one cleric
that way you will be sure to finish in time

also be sure to take enough pet pots and pots for your self
you will use a lot
if you are not careful your pet WILL die
and the pets make a good enough contribution so take them

well i know i can kill it with my 42 wizard solo. but if u cant find any high lvls to kill it off very fast then i suggest a 32 warrior tanker, and a wizard of over 20 for damage dealing. this is a minimum. if u have a cleric it would definitly help with healing the tanker. make sure u have lots of pots and universal pills.

with my new char in venus we killed it with 5 person all >26 2 warrior 1 cleric 2 wizard
