90 Cap skills

Anyone know if there are coming new skills with the cap rise?
If so ill just farm @ lvl 90.

Well the korean sro didnt have any new skills at 90th cap =\ When they developed the new skills, they put them in ksro... Right away with 90 lvl skills... We got just 80 cuz our cap is 80 atm
