How long does it takes to delete a character?

Hi guys, anyone here have any experience on deleting a char? how long does it take to delete a char and what're the conditions / requirements?

It takes a period of 7 days: Your character sits down and you get a bar under it saying how long it will take...
You can delete the character anytime you want, but:
If you already have the max of 4 characters on 1 server you'll have to wait the 7 days till your character is completely deleted:(
in order to make a new one

ADD: The reason for these 7-day period is that if you suddenly decide that you want to have the char again, you can stop the timer. but if you delete that char again after you canceled its deletion period, you will have to wait another 7 days for your char to be deleted. after 7 days has been passed, your char will be deleted and there is no way to have him back

Yup 7 days but imho it's to damm long
3 days is enough time for you to reconsider if you wanna stop deleting it or not

as i said, if you decide that you want the char back. you might not decide at first but you might decide later on that you want your deleted char back

sometimes it actually takes up to 8-10 days

as i said, if you decide that you want the char back. you might not decide at first but you might decide later on that you want your deleted char back
you guys are forgetting to mention that hackers could just clean an account entirely if their was no delay to delete characters

It takes 7 days to del a char & another 7 days to reuse the name again, like wdf

it usely is 7 days, but Gaymax insists on leaving u there pissed for a few more XD
