Hello, i got some questions about alchemy (enchanting items only)

When using stones to enchant weapons is there always 100% to succed or can i fail and what types of "failing" is there? for example my weapon gets destoryed or lowered durability ect, ect

You can fail using stones. Sometimes the stats and blues on your weapon might get better or worse.
