European training places

Where can a lvl 17 wizard with 5 gap train? I am having trouble with my HP. Tried lvling up in lvl 16 monster, but I was down in three or four hits.

try and level up on monsters you can 1 hit and definately dont go after giants or party mobs your level

Train in mobs who are 1 or 2lvl bigger than you.

thanks for all the help. Is there a map that tells me which monsters are aggressive or not from lvl 15-30?
