Return Scrolls, teleporting from town

I used to be able to teleport from town to the place that I died, but now I am unable to do it, and also I am unable to use return scrolls, it keeps saying the request cannot be carried out. I'm still under level 20 so teleporting should work. What's going on?

In regards to teleporting back to where you died, believe that function is only for new players L10 and below.
Please correct me if I'm wrong?
As far as your trying to use return skills go, I honestly have no idea. Perhaps someone else could help you with that.

The npc guide that teleports you says below level 20, or maybe level 20 and below I forget which. I'm sure I've used it at higher than level 10.
Also I'm not sure if this is connected or not, but sometimes the music doesn't change back when I re-enter Constantinople either after dying or otherwise, it stays as if I was still in a mob area.

you can telly back to where you died from lvl 1-20 after lvl 20 like lvl 21 you cannot telly back to where you died or where u used return scroll from. you probably have a quest in which you have to deliver something to samarkand if your euro or donwhang if your chinese.

he could use reverse return scrolls.
i think theres a quest where u cant tele.

Yea the parcell delivery one, it disables return scrolls and teleportation...for some reason

all delivery quests do that
its so u dont cheat on the quest and just scroll back to town
running is good for u

okay thanks i had accepted the delivery one, so I abandoned it and now i can scroll

yes if its a capturing quest, your captured monster will flee so you have to capture it again. not really a good idea for capturing quests
