is it OK for bow to use Force instead of Ice?

Currently i have lvl8 in ice and none on force... but when i scanned youtube to get some info for best skills for pvp on bowers and came by this:

i was amaze and i want to dlvl ice and use force... and btw IF when i need money i could offer plvl(optional)
and ress ppl and do stuff on force skills
any advice?... should i continue?

it's funny how, no one mentions force as as one of the secondary masteries, only FIRE!, ICE! or LIGHTNING!
I bet Force is one of those, you think it's useless offensively, until you use the debuff attacks, then WTF PWN!

Sure, and then there's a cleric or bard in the opposing party or someone uses the special pills (though slightly expensive), and you wonder why you were so happy just a moment ago. I've had force upto lvl 72, and I was not very impressed with the vital spot results in pve either, but perhaps I should have waited with my decision until I hit force lvl 80.

lol...while you are sitting there casting vital spots on someone...you just got sse+mars by 3 ppl...congrats your guild just lost the war

I'm a lvl 79 Fire/Force Bowman and I really like Force. I am an asset to share parties for my ability to resurrect and use therapy circles for those that have to piss, feed the baby, get food, etc. Vitals work good on party mobs, and using Decay helps kill phys party mobs much faster. I am also a healer for the party if no cleric/warlocks around. I heal around 4.4k hp ever 2 seconds, which helps a party mate when they are getting beaten and can't phantom out.
As far as PVP goes, Vitals help but I don't pvp much so I don't care.
If you like to help people, and want an almost guarantee into a share party, then force is the way to go. If you are pure INT then you probably want to stick with ICE for the phys defense.
To me the best build is the one you like. If you like it, then it rocks.

i think that guy was using fire though it looked like, still force is under rated, but untill lvl 30 you're gonna hate it, you better get plvled there,
