PvP lvl?

PvP lvl?

If you had to pick a lvl to start pvping (not just occasional, like once per day or something) what would it be? What would be the earliest lvl and at the same time, the best lvl that you can start PvP? The class that I am doing is glavier and blade. Thx :)
