How to get more item slots for my squirrel, becouse it shows there is 5 sheets but only 1 is open? Thank you!

It hasn't been added yet in iSRO (and I have no clue in other versions). It's probably going to cost 88 silk per page.

it probably just doesnt have them...
joymax seems like the type to be lazy and reuse the horse pet with 5 pages then change it to a monkey with silk tag on it
