how long do murder status last

anyways, i killed a bot cuz I'm trying to level up by doing 200 rarity charm.
the area I'm in is the safest spot for my quest, the one where its near the scorpions and with the Hyeonghblahblah fat rocks and the Earth Taost area before the bridge going to scorpions.
i stay so i don't die, i know a spot where there is not bots and no peeps playing, but it's very difficult to get to, and have a chance of death, and when you run out of pots or arrows, you have to teleport and then start over again going through that area where you have to move quickly or you'll die.
Right now, i moved to that area where there is no bots and peeps on purpose so no one can kill me for being a murdered (Survived using zerk ), my question is, how long will murder status last?

It'll last until you got rid of the murder points (You can check them but placing your cursor on the murder icon) by killing mobs, or when someone kills you, this way you lose points aswell.
Fastest way to get rid of it is letting other people kill you, but you'll lose much exp and sp.
When you grind it off on mobs you lose the most murder points at red mobs.

rilli sry but u cant...^^"...yea i killed my bro once...well...in game of coz...lol...tried grindin it off but just took too long...i was lvl14 or sumthin...lol...so just went 2 da heongcheong in da chin tomb...lol...obviously got pwned...lol...lost my boots too coz i didnt no i'll lose them...lol...

after i put all my shit in the storage and i was killed three times then my red letters where gone, i did grind till my points for murder was only 600.
I only lost 4% exp, that really isn't' much for level 1 murder penalty, hmm, maybe i'll kill everyone in the server so i can be level 1 for fun, yaaaaaaaaaaaaah right, hell no.
