when your reached lvl 80 and your exp. is like 99.99%...
Question:
is your SP gona rise even though your in that condition?...
need quick answer

Yes, the SP rises as normal. Just don't get any XP.

so you mean that even though your lvl 80 and 99.99% you still gona receive SP even your 9 gaped
