Need help!

Darn! I have a level 80 European Character in KSRO and the MAX is of KSRO is 100. I really dont want to level my character until then.
I want to play Sro ( international) becuz ppl are low leveld and stuff we can pvp and have fun. I can make a new character... but... thats hard too. Whats the MAX level in SRO?
in ksro they give me free money like, 6m because they are nice =)
In sro they wont becuz im a noob to them xD
Should i play Ksro or Sro?btw, you can download only one game. so.. i have to make my mind uup xd
