noobie question about CRIT.?

Post by Rakion »

i know what does crit. do but:

1.what is it connection to str builds that makes the crit. powerful?

2.crit. on weapon like: 6(14%) what does that mean?

3.are attack rating and crit. have any connection on the out going crit.?

4.if your enemy have a low parry ratio than your hit ratio does that mean you got a big posibility of making continuous crits?

5.in the anti-devil bow skill what does +25 in crit. mean?

6.is crit. like a str nuke?

and more to come- random noobie questions :P

1. Crit is basically physical damage X2

2. Higher the crit on a wepon, the more likely you are to crit. the (+XX%)
is how much the base % has been increased by

3. Not sure

4. Im pretty sure it doesnt effect crits

5. if its just stating the obvious im guessing its just adding 25 to your current crit (correct me if im wrong)

6. well a nuke is just pure mag damage so i wouldnt say that. but its where pure str's throw out their big hits.

just answering some unanswered

3. correct me if im rong, att rating is how fast u att. the more rating u hav, the segment between ur attcks r shorter. and crit is just how often u hit criticals. i think on a blade a crit of 9 or higher is considered good and 17 is great.

4. opponents parrt affects ur crit dmg not how often u hit crits

hope that helps.
boyaka boyaka.

A crit basically doubles physical damage. STR builds are primarily physical so it makes a big difference. The more int you have the less the crit increases your average damage because your damage comes more from imbue.

2.crit. on weapon like: 6(14%) what does that mean?

The crit is a % chance of it happening. So that would be 6% chance of crit. The (14%) means that the weapon is capable of having a higher crit stat.

3.are attack rating and crit. have any connection on the out going crit.?

NO They don't.
Attack rating has to do with your damage range. High parry ratio(hit ratio) will cause you to hit at your higher damage more often.

4.if your enemy have a low parry ratio than your hit ratio does that mean you got a big posibility of making continuous crits?

No since they are unrelated.

5.in the anti-devil bow skill what does +25 in crit. mean?

+25 means add 25% to your crit stat on weapon. So 25+6 =31% chance you will crit on your antidevil.

6.is crit. like a str nuke?

Sort of. Yeah since it allows you to finally hit as hard as they do.
