How do you get honor points?

How do you get honor points and how many do you need to get an honor weap?

You get honor points by opening an academy and graduating your members at level 40 or 60, depending on the level they joined.
I believe an 8th degree Honor weapon takes 2500 honor points, but you have to factor in that you get 30 or so honor points per graduate, give or take 5.
Do the math, it takes forever.

not if u have pro-plvlers, and super fast levelers
