Lvl up only one mastery?

The guide explained that you should only lvl up one elemental and one weapon mastery. Why can't you get two elemental? (Like fire+ ice) at lvl 10?

First off what build are you going to be?

If your going to be a Pure INT S/S, I would do Ice, Light.

no no i am not asking for what elemental i should use, I am asking if I can put lvl 5 mastery into BOTH fire and cold. The guide said only to choose one mastery.

its just to maximize your sp efficiency
u can get some more masteries after u finish sp farming

well at lv 16 i got Fire,Ice,Light, and Sword all at lv 7. Then again i am going to be a Int Hybrid with all of these skills

idk really know what u mean but i think that u are trying to say if you could u both fire and cold imbue at the same time..the answer is NO.
get fire to lvl. 5 and u get the imbue but u can not use fire and cold imbue at the samee time

u can always hav more than 1. but only 2 r needed to sp farm.

int is light and str is fire

You can get both imbues if you prefer, but you can only use one imbue at a time when attacking a monster.
