Another 2 questions, but about noobs

1- When a noob is been killed by a mob, he get resurrected in the same place by himself, how?
2- Sometime i see noobs with red name, i have no cape and they don't have too, and when i point my mouse on them, it get the sword shape, why?

1- euros can res themselves wherever they die up until lvl 11.
2- they have murderer status(they killed a player who wasnt wearing a job item or a cape) and you can attack them and kill them with no penalty

i think you can res yourself until ur lvl 5

and if someones name is red, and you dont have a cape on then they are murderers, and you should kill them
