what items give earth 8 when rondo'ed...???

for luck stones do we need just 3 blus? any 3?

Any degree 8 items can have a chance to give earth 8 when rondoed. It is random. There is no guarantee to get a luck stone from only 3 blues. Generally speaking, the more blues, the higher your chances of getting a luck stone.
