From which lvl can i choose a guild emblem?

You can choose a guild emblem when your guild is level 4.

You can choose a guild emblem at level 4, but it costs gold and a good chunk of GP :)

How much gp?
You gotta have your new fresh lvl 4 guild at 20% or something before u can buy?
And when u buy, you loose gp? So ur like .. back to 0 % ?
