the question your asking is: is europe accesable thru roc mountain, the answer is: NO roc mountain is not open yet therefore the ferrie thru roc mtn - europe dont function. if you wish to get to euro you must teleport from hotan - samarkand or go thru a tunnel in takla. happy grinding

If you're lvl 10, get on a horse. If you are a bit careful you can go everywhere easily.

Damnit i know a guy who got to LY at lvl 3 when a new server opened...Anyway, point is you can get to anywhere on the map and pk people...only thing is...you will be raped by those 20+ euro's out there...
.you can get to samarkand and constantinople through a tunnel in takla, or teleporting(5k each)...you can get back to hotan through the air dock(yes it works but only one way), but you would still have to face 52+ karakoram monsters so gl pking ppl.
