Probably Turkey and the South Eastern Asian countries that don't play their own versions. There was a thread on this, I just can't find it. (kinda lazy atm)

you can buy prepaid cards from stores like cvs, then using paypal buy silk, there is a thread somewhere explaining it almost perfectly i'll search
