go to jangan... then go to the west side of town to a lady in a alley... dunno where she is excactly ... ill get a SS and she teleport u to the thief town an u talk to the main guy there to buy one for i think 10k

look around in constinople there is thief npc there too toward the dock inside town

go to the harbor, there will be 2 guards standing by some steps, one of them tele's u to thieftown
