i know its for a balance thing. but I need a good and cleare explanation.

up on top left, hit the little thing that says 'see/hide major ability'. its says mag. balance and phys. balance. when theyre both at 70%, thats 70:70. or both at 80% would be 80:80.

is that what u wanted to know
