Today i can't login into the game or silkraodonline.net by my pw .. i change it from joymax.com and i can login there with my new pw but when i log in and click to manage account i see only email verification .. but there is NO my e-mail .. how i verifi email that's NOT main own ?!! And i still can't log in into game or site silkroadonline.net by my old and my new pw ?! How can i play ? I buy premium and now ..

if your new password has more than 12 numbers/letters you cant log into the game or sro official

go back 2 joymax.com and change your pw to something with less than 12 chars, following all the rules of sro official.

remember mix numbers uppercase and lowercase letters, to ensure maxium security and make sure its less than 12

Try again and try to reset your account again, if all else fails make a new account and contract a GM on the official forums, although that's not a very good plan it is the last one.
