PK2 edit, can somebody do this?

because i aint so good in pk2 editing (i only can change the clothes and the weapons to 9th degree 
), i ask you guys (the best pk2 editors that i ever found is on this forum) if you guys could make one. and i think it should look like this:
all weapons/clothes should have sosun glow, or even better gm color and sosun glow
(but keep the degree what they are!)
devil/angel wings (3 different pk2`s to download, one without wings, another with devilwings, the other with angelwings)
and thats all.
would be really nice if somebody can make this
