I was wondering if you could PK2 edit to get some of the european skills ingame

Let me be more specific.

I want to be able to change MP consumption and I want to lower the mastery level to use them Im a Wizzy and I use lots o Skill Points and MP

I also wanted to know if there is a way to edit weapon stats, only weapons, not armor.

Im sorry but im desperate to know since I found PK2 is the way to go

well mr noob ill make it simple for ya
pk2 editing just makes it so the game looks better for you...no one else sees what you look like but yourself since its all client sided
lets say you edit a 3rd deg wep into 8th deg...its still a 3rd deg to everyone else...and all the stats stay the same since youre just changing how it looks

But if you really want to change the mana consumption, edit the Data.pk2, but be warned, you most likely will get banned
