I wouldnt really know but my vote says No more than 60 mil

Yehh Hotan's a better selling point for that
But ask around your union (if you have one)
Im sure ther'll be SOMEONE who knows SOMEONE... ect...
Plus if your feeling fine and dandy you could discount

erm.. the spear worth like 50-60 mils in my server - Oasis. If you want to sell at the higher price, you can try to increase the phy and magic attk power (atleast > 50%). Just my opinion!!
