The new job update requires you to join a job league. Once you join the league you can buy the job suit and make a job alias. The job alias appears in place of your character name to make you anonymous. It costs 100,000 to make an alias.

Maybe you should read the friggin title. The OP was quoting what the message said.... or at least he thought he was.. he got it WRONG. If you had read the rest of the thread you would realize that the OP had no idea you had to make an alias, which is why he asked what the alias was. The OP misread the message. talk to thief leader and hit #4. make a name then you can put it on...IN THE TOWN. enjoy.
