hi! just wanna know whats the penalty when leaving an Academy.

You may not be able to join another Academy for a set period of time.

Another thing, if youve just joined an academy, you cannot leave it for another 24hrs

dont leave academy if you graduate from academy at 40lvl you get 2m exp(%50)and i think thats a good deal.
