how to join academy?

Hi guys.. how do i join an academy?
when i click and join, it says " Cannot join due to different recruitment type"
anyone help pls?

press L while in the game, then click matching.
Matching, most of the time will show no academy, since so much people are looking for one to join, and once an academy is full, it's automatically removed from the matching list.
Also some academy are picky, and some just wants guardians, or a certain levels.
I usually keep trying every 15mins or so, 1 or 2 is bound to show up.
