Can you party w/ ppl of the other nationality and can you quest each others quests?

Yes, Chinese and Europeans can party together.

Yes, Chinese can do European quests, and vice versa(unless they are specifically for that race, like the inventory expansion quests.)

The euro's wont mind me in their party? Like our skills are evenly balanced out? Im gonna be a pure str blader btw. What role do i play in the party?

you would be a tank, but euro tanks hare slightly better [taunt agro techs]

It depends on the people in the party. They probably won't mind. You'll basically be a tanker, if your're a pure STR blader.

If you factor in party mobs, the XP sharing is pretty good.

In the 1X levels, you can pick up 3-4 levels in one spot with a good party.

xp auto share is so nice now, if have a good party that everyone knows what they should do, is very nice to grind. and fun as well

Being a high level chinese, Europeans don't let you in their parties at all.

No actually, my experience is that chinese builds are much more a problem than a solution.

Without agro skills, I cannot count on a chinese build to keep its target on him or her. With a euro tanker, I can rest in peace that the target will not head toward me at any given time.

So most, if not all the time, I refuse to PT with chinese builds.

Best EXP Share Party is 1 Chi, 2 Cleric, and the rest whatever euro you want.

Myself, i dont like having chinese chars in a grinding pt. If you have a good enough cleric and if your tanks are doing a proper job, then hp isnt a problem. And frankly thats the only place where a chinese is good, their tanking abilities. Their damage is alot lower than euros, so i wouldn't like them in my party.

But for guild wars and jobbing, its a completely different argument. Thats when intermingling comes in handy

they don't intermingle ... chinese don't understand euro's, euro's can't play like chinese (pure int is a tank compared to euro int)

imho euro has made this game worse. (not because euros suck)

example:
chinese form a share party at around +0-+5 mobs, and spawn party mobs. They are solo players, they can all survive, so they all randomly attack whatever they feel like, and let the rest of their spawns run around and kill solo euro's.
... whereas ...
euro form a party at around +10, pwn the crap out of anything that spawns within 200m of them

chinese and euro form a party: chinese thinks everyone has 3sec pots, euro is waiting for tank ... everyone dies

Facts tonight:
1. 3 parties, the best of which actually spoke to me, and still couldn't understand the fact that EURO DAMAGE DEALERS DIE. seriously I sat there and said, there's a mob, pls tank it (their party, their invite ... ), they asked me to tank.

2. I got told by a powerleveler tonight that I shouldn't attack his party mobs. Why? because he spawned them. WTF ... next time some noob chinese idiot spawns a party mob that kills me I shall go back to him and ask why he didn't clean them up.

3. Euro's have a hard time soloing. To get xp they must fight mobs where they can't handle giants/parties. 5 times tonight I was killed by chinese spawned party mobs, twice while in the party that spawned them.

the euro level cap is low so im still satisfied w/ my choice since i want to be a theif, but it sucks i wont be able to get into all the parties.

I think joymax stole/deleted my level 47 chinese char. I havn't played for 1.2 years and all of a sudden my account has vanished off the face of the earth.

I had 30 some odd k sp grinded. Took me forever. I want my time back.

I shoulda sold it on ebay.

Did joymax stop banning botters? I swear, their numbers have quadropled siince the time i left. They hunt in packs of 20 now.

Are you checking the right server? One of my friends thought he lost his char, then realized he was on a different server and found it on the right one.

If I remember correctly, Joymax has a 6 month inactivity account removal policy. To be quite honest, considering the backups needed for millions of unplayed accounts, I can't say that I blame them.
