how do u know if its a strong mangyang or strong niya general?
and from where do they get them... i mean how?

it will spawn a monster of YOUR lvl so dont worry ^^

u get them whiel certain events...

now u can only get them on servers that HAD this event in the past and in stalls (if people kept them)

there super expensive
they summmon a strong mob according to your level, like the guy above me said

u can also get them free at the Christmas event
