Help needed with guild...

I just created a guild today with some friends, and i accedently withdrawed one of my friends. Can he come back and how long do we need to wait. And another one of my members left the guild but he didnt wanted to. Can he join again later and how long will this take?

if he was online while kicked he has to wait 3 days, else if he was offline he can rejoin right now but i guess he was offline, u wouldnt ask if he was on ^^
