INT users not only max out nukes and int-based skills but str-based ones also. Does this mean STR users is good to max out nukes and int-based skills as well?

But i dont normally see high lvl glavies, bladers or bow using nukes ^^.

Theres is no point in STR builds to max out Nukes cause their mag balance is always very low compared to INT builds this means u wont be doing enough dmg and in the time that takes u to throw a nuke u can be doing another skill and hoping for a good crit...
Just my opinion...

Well nukes have some great effects to them other then damage, like transfer and area of attack, blades have one throw attack and the bloom that does a multi-attack. why would you not use a distance attack to pull in the mobs like lighting nuke and then slice them to bits with chains?
lets you grind faster since you aren't constantly running to and from mobs.

guess nukes can be used to lure then cut them in 2 with you glavie

yea just because you dont use them durning pvp, doesnt mean they arent usefull

Int users generally only max weapon skills with status effects for ex knockdown, stun, bleed, etc. They don't max it for the damage, just the effect.
