hi all, i have a questiion.... the attack rating on staffs change the cast speed of the skills like fire bolt, ice bolt, or only the speed of auto attack?

It doesn't change the speed of any attack.

What xanovaria (sp lol) said...it only ups your attack rating so you can deal higher to your max dmg

Attack Rating raises your minimum damage

Parry Ratio lowers the maximum damage
