Today i wanted to get that quest where need to collect cursed hearts, but its not there. I know that it starts at lvl20 and can get at potion seller.

So what is the reason its not there. Can it be because i haven't done a single quest at euro side till lvl20?

she means to click on "edit skills" when you talk to the potion seller. but you probably knew that...
