lightning passive for archer

is the lightning passiave for chinese archer necessary? since i dont have a shield i dont see how i am going to parry anything...

i am a full str fire/cold with lightining buffs archer btw

Yes its necessary, you should notice that all your armor has parry on it.

Dont take it as a priority. You're an archer, you hardly get hit. If you have the extra sp, spend it on hard defense buffs/passive (ones that give you phy or mag defense). If you are only taking lightning and pacheon masteries, then you might consider investing in parry later on.
