Hi, what happens when i activate my scroll and lk into town?
Can't i walk in town or will it be deactivated?
i don't think there will spawn npc's in town

You cant pass safe zone if you have a transport out as a thief, regardless of whether you activated bandit scroll or not.

but...you can run into town and your transport will get stuck at the gate...then you log out, log in and voila you are in town on your transport

When you had goods in a transport whether thief or trader if you log out you will start a 60 second count down. How many thieves can actually sit at a root towns gate for a full minute with no hunters or traders to kill the transport since you cant pot while the countdown is going? If you cant kill your spawns for 5 minutes there is something wrong. Yes I know there are hunters looking for you, but you being 80 pwning my lvl 57 butt isn't exactly fair either huh?

last I checked, that was fixed after euro. I tried it recently and it didn't work. Also, if you have goods on your transport, the trick wouldn't work anyway because at that point, your character cannot pass through the gate.
The trick requires your character to go into town while your transport is stuck at the gate. Have goods? Both you and your transport are stuck at the gate.
Used to work before euro
I miss that trick.

I remember you used to be able to be a thief without trans and if you started your scroll in town then when you tele you look in someones stall..it used to d/c them
but that doesnt work anymore, at least it didnt last time i tried it
