Help me !!!!!

I want to play with Glavie/Spear but i don't know how to build my char!!!!! Anyone help me .Which way is the best in building Glavie/Spear Charater?? Fure Streng;Pure Inteligent or Hybri and use Glavie or Spear is better ????
I'm a newbie and my english not well

For glaive/spear char builds, you could either go:

1. Full str glaive (easiest to play, build)
2. Hybrid spear (hard to balance the str/int to your liking)
3. Full int spear (hard to play)
