Question about gender change scrolls from euro quest

Ok, when I did the Chinese quest, I received a scroll for gender change up to 3d. After completing the Euro quest for it, I received 3(?) scrolls for gender change, but no degree is said on them. So it this mean that they can change any degree, or just up to 3d like the one from the Chinese quest? Anyone tried it?

yeah im pretty sure its just the equivelant to the chinese quest

its 3rd degree i tired using it on SOM armor 5th i wanted to use but couldnt cause not right degree
