the frist one at 16:50 silkroad standerd time
the second one at 19:50 silkroad standerd time
the third one at 22:50 silkroad standerd time

1- how much Bargain trades in the day?
2- what is the times of that trades?

Well I am not sure if the tradeing times are set in stone. I think they revolve just like the unique monster spawns. I have been on at nights and see no special goods for sale and other nights I see it twice in a 5 hour span.
