Can't Equip Job Card?

Why can't I equip a job card anymore, i'm L30. also my friend is L22 and he just bought a merchant one and he cant use it, i just draging it onto myself, I dunno why it doesnt work?

You need to go to the respective job npc, join the respective job league, register an alias, then you could equip the job item.

It will replace your ign when you go out jobbing. You can input whatever alias you want (it will cost you gold later on to change, so make sure you're happy with it).

Okay it worked for him. but now i'm trying to Join the Hunter guild, it says it costs 10,000 I have 33.000 on me, and it says I have insuficent funds or something? Why is it saying that?

The costs get higher as you level, Joymax just screwed up the translation to always display 10k.
