can anyone else not upgrade their mercs anymore? ive looked everywhere and just had no success in finding out why this is no longer possible / available.

I beleive there are 6 things you can upgrade mercs with, but I am pretty sure you can only do it twice. Have you upgraded twice already?

ive not upgraded anything, i just knew the option was there at guild agent before.
