what level can a thief hunt 1* trade runs

The 1* protection for traders is gone when traders are lvl 40+. No matter what level you are you cant attack 1*s below lvl 40.

yeah thieves can no longer pop NPCs on 1 star traders
Enjoy making money before 40!
