what are they? what do they do? how to get them?

You get honor points through the guardian system by having people graduate in your academy (or at least being an assistant guardian in an academy). The amount of honor points you get varies on when an apprentice joins, as in if someone joins at level 30 you will only get 10 honor points but if someone joined at level 5 you will get 35 honor points if you are a guardian and assistant guardians get 10% of that I believe (note: if someone joins at lvls 31-39 you will not gain any honor points).

Honor points are used to buy honor weapons and honor stones for the weapons to increase # of times repaired since they are limited to # of repairs. The other benefit of honor points is the honor rank which will give you buffs depending on your rank.

that weapons arent fol sale u cannot sell them u cannot trade them

and its limited alchemy u can use it for ever
